Next, decide which AI projects to focus on first by considering their impact on the organization, how doable they are, and what resources they need. Start with the ones that are easier to do or will make the biggest difference, like personalized content or virtual coaching helpers. Plan out how you will roll out these projects step by step in a phased approach. After that, ensure your organization's data and technology are prepared and ready. Make sure your data is good, secure, and has a governance framework in place before using it to teach AI.
