Although it is great to shout your project from the rooftops, you want to avoid spamming your stakeholders. Remember, your work is not the only work that they are consuming. In this lesson, you'll explore various communication platforms and how to use them to communicate effectively. First, let's talk about meetings. Meetings provide an opportunity to communicate live with your stakeholders. However, your stakeholders’ time is precious, and so is yours.
