Share as a PDF
You can share a static version of your entire sheet by exporting and sending it as a PDF file. Just choose file, sender's attachment, enter the email addresses of the people you want to share with, and then customize the subject and message fields as necessary. Make sure a PDF is selected hereby attach as. Notice you can also send the sheet as an Excel file if you want the recipient to be able to view the data in a spreadsheet. Just be aware that it's much easier to extract or change data in an Excel file than in a PDF. You can also modify the PDF settings by clicking "Options." I'll make sure I'm sending the entire sheet. And since I'm in the US, I'll make sure that the PDF has virtually printing to letter size paper and landscape orientation. And you can select or deselect the other options here to the right.
