- [Instructor] Dash-boarding can be a really fun way to take your reports and turn it into a visual experience to understand your data. So let's go ahead and jump into dashboards and click new dashboards. All right, and this will take us to create a name. I'm going to say example and hit create. All right, so this is going to be the blank space for us to start. We are going to add a component. So we're going to take any type of report that we have created or that we have access to. So I'm going to take our opportunity example from a few days ago or a few lectures ago, and we are going to select the component that we want to visualize our data. So I'm going to change this to be the sum of amount on the X axis. All right, so this is a way for us to summarize the amount by stage and that's essentially what we'll be doing with how the opportunity report was set up, and that is called our source report.
