- [Narrator] So one of the main ways that you will get around within Salesforce is using the app launcher. So the app launcher is up here underneath the cloud, in the top left corner with the three by three. You can have this popup will first come down. Then you can go ahead and search for apps and other items, other items being different objects or different things that you want to access within Salesforce. This being like dashboards, reports, if you can't see opportunities, you can see opportunities. This is also where you can, let's open this up to the full app launcher, but this is where you can go ahead and access the service cloud, marketing cloud, community cloud, the different consoles, and we'll go over the clouds versus consoles as well because that's a pretty important distinguisher for the exam. And one really important thing in here is that we can also access the Recycle Bin. So the Recycle Bin is, let's say you have deleted a record, you have about 15 days to go back in…
