- [Narrator] So next we're going to go into RACI, which is, it's an acronym. So let's move into it. So it stands for responsible, accountable, consulted, and informed. And this is more of a matrix type thing. This is typically going to be referred to as a document on the exam. There are different things that classify, or are classified as documents. And it's just a general term for the different maps, the different pieces of information that you'll be gathering that isn't just like raw information, but it's been put into certain categories. Other examples of documents could be, again, this RACI, the stakeholder wheel, the journey mapping could be one. User stories can definitely be one. Other things I'll be talking about in this section as well as in the business process mapping section. Those are all going to be different documents that you'll be using to help with the project.
