- [Instructor] So next, we're going to go into focus groups. So I'm sure that you've probably heard of focus groups, but let's dive into some of the things you need to keep in mind for the exam. So typically, focus groups are going to be small groups of people to see how they feel about certain things or get their input on certain things. Typically, this is going to be a small group of customers or the people that you are studying. I like to call this as your targeted base. So what I like to think of when I'm thinking of focus groups, I don't know where I saw this, but there's some TV show out there where they had a thing about a focus group and it was all about cereal, and so they had the customers try the different cereal and then they discussed on their own, and then they were given a certain number of questions or they were asked certain questions and the focus group was able to talk and converse and discuss about what they liked about certain types of cereal, what they liked on…
