- [Instructor] Another thing that I felt like could really go well in this foundations of a business analyst section, that didn't necessarily fit into any of the other sections super well, but that you needed for context greater for answering the questions on the exam, but also understanding the questions, so you can answer them better, is the Application Lifecycle. So, essentially, what this is is, it is the process of going from, "Hey, we realize that we need to have a new solution," and then, from that stage all the way to delivering the product, delivering the project, and making sure that it's working correctly, and people are using it. So Application Lifecycle Management is what it's probably going to be called, or ALM, on the exam. I understand it from way back in the day of when I started Salesforce being called the SDLC, or the Salesforce Development Lifecycle.
