- [Voiceover] Hi, I'm Eric Wing and welcome to Revit MEP Essential Training. Revit is broken down into three modules. Revit architecture, Revit Structure, and last but far from least is: Revit MEP. We will, of course, be covering MEP. The reason we use this specific version is the fact that all the tools provided for you are specific to your trade and processes. This allows you to streamline your workflow and filing work with a program that works with you. In this course we'll look at how to get up and running in Revit. Then we'll break it down, trade by trade. I'll start by showing you how to set up a project by scratch by using the linking functions to bring in architectural and structural backgrounds. Then I'll show you how to use Revit for each of the main trades. We'll see how to create electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and fire-protection drawings, all within Revit MEP. We'll be covering all these features plus plenty of other tools and techniques. Now lets get started with Revit MEP Essential Training.
