Tips for working with artboards
I want to take the next few minutes to show you some shortcuts and tips that make working with documents that contain multiple artboards much easier. First, if I only want to see the contents of a single artboard in the layers panel, we can change the layers filter from kind to artboard. Now I would only be looking at the contents of the targeted artboard. If I want to select a different artboard, I just need to click on the name of the artboard and now I'll see the contents for that artboard. All right, I'll set that back to kind. Now, just like I can hold down the Option key on Mac or the Alt key on Windows and click on a layer in order to zoom to the contents of that layer, we can do the same thing for an artboard. So if I hold down the Option key on Mac or the Alt key on Windows, and I click on the name of the artboard, Photoshop will zoom that artboard right to the center of my screen. Now, if we opened up a document that was not an artboard document, we can always choose Layer…
