Merging a focus stack with Photoshop

- [Instructor] Alrighty, we're going to take those images that we shot using the focus stacking feature in the Fuji X-T5, and we're going to merge 'em. This is the same process that you would go through if you had a StackShot-type rail like we saw earlier. So I've taken the images off my camera and copied 'em into a folder, and I'm here in Bridge for the moment. So here's one of the images. I'm just going to press and hold the forward arrow key to move through the images, and you can watch as this part goes out of focus, this comes into focus. So you can see how we're kind of tunneling through the area of focus, and that's what we're going to try to merge together into a single image with deep depth of field. In Photoshop, this is pretty easy to do, but it takes a while. It's got to sit and think for a while. If I go up to the File menu and choose Scripts, you'll see Load Files into Stack.
