- [Instructor] You can schedule your Microsoft Teams meetings directly from Outlook. There's a Microsoft Teams integration. I can even choose to meet now in Teams directly from Outlook. If I click Meet Now, look, it takes me to Teams, sets everything up. That's pretty slick. But in addition to that, I can schedule Teams meetings from Outlook. So if I wanted to schedule a meeting, for example, from a lunch meeting from noon to 1 on March 1st, first I select the time and then choose New Teams Meeting, or I could click New Teams Meeting and set the time here in the start time, end time dialogue. Notice that the information to start the meeting has been added already. I did nothing else to make that happen other than choose that this was going to be a Microsoft Teams meeting. There's a note that tells me that I can turn off forwarding. So we have the ability to request responses and allow forwarding. Those were the same…
