Create a meeting directly in a channel

- [Instructor] There's one more way that you can create a meeting in Microsoft Teams and that's to create it directly in the channel. To do this, I go to the channel, and let me tell you situationally how this usually works. There'll be a conversation going on in a channel, two or three people, and someone realizes it would really be good if we just met quickly rather than chatting back and forth. We're approaching a decision or the chat is getting crowded. Maybe it makes sense just to quickly meet, and in that case, I might want to choose meet now. So begin in the channel you want to hold the meeting in, choose meet, meet now and the meeting form will open. You know what to do with that. The other possibility is to schedule a meeting. And when I schedule a meeting directly in the channel, then the channel is already filled in for me. I don't need to select the channel as I would if I were creating this from the Microsoft Teams…
