Schedule part of a project from the finish date

- [Instructor] Hi, I'm Bonnie Biafore. Suppose you need to schedule part of a project to finish by a specific date, and you want to find out when that part of the project needs to start. In this tip, we'll schedule a sequence of tasks to finish by a specific date. Now if you go to the Project tab and click Project Information, you know that there's a Schedule from box, and it has two choices. You can schedule from the Project Start Date or from the Project Finish Date. The thing is, this schedules the entire project by the finish date, and that's not what we want. So we're actually going to keep it set to Project Start Date. The tasks that we want to change are the training tasks. You can see by looking at the schedule that the task for Deliver Training is scheduled for September 23rd. But all of the tasks that lead up to the class, there's a huge gap between that work and the class itself, and we don't want that gap.…
