- [Narrator] To measure customer experiences or gauge customer satisfaction, a net promoter score question can be added to a form. If the add new question type menu is not expanded, select the add new button. From the question types listed, select more question types, then select net promoter score. Update the question as needed. You can also include a image or a video by selecting insert paste or drag media. Let's go ahead and click back on the form area to exit this menu. We'll select the question again so that we can see the options for it. If this is a required question, select the toggle to enable that, and that's how you add a net promoter score question.
