- [Instructor] The one-click method of generating a form got us started by placing text boxes for all of our table fields onto the form. However, this layout leaves a lot to be desired. For instance, all of these text boxes are much wider than they need to be for the data that they contain. You can see all this wasted space to the right. Further, everything is spaced out, and on my screen, I need to scroll down in order to see everything. So that's not quite ideal either. We can further refine the organization of the form elements by using the layout view. Right now I'm in form view that allows me to work with the data. You'll notice, if you press the bottom portion of the view button, we can switch into two different alternate modes.
