- [Instructor] Basic image retouching is done with Lightroom Classic's healing tools. The healing tools are great for removing spots and performing other simple repairs. Lightroom Classic performs this retouching in a completely non-destructive way, meaning that you can always return to the original state. The healing tools are found by clicking the icon that looks like a bandaid in the tool strip, or you can open that panel by pressing the Q on your keyboard. There are three modes for the healing tools, we see them listed here at the top of the healing panel. There's content-aware remove, which is the newest and the easiest to use. That's followed by heal and clone. We'll take a look at all three starting with the content-aware remove. Content-aware remove is great for removing spots like this dirt down here in the bottom of the image. All I have to do is click on it to remove it, but first I need to increase my brush…
