- [Instructor] To create a new email from the home ribbon tab in the mail section, click new email on the top left hand side of the screen. The first thing you need to do is decide who the message is from. If you have multiple email accounts set up, click the down triangle next to from and you can choose between both accounts. Now, I'll click inside the to field. It populates with people that I've recently corresponded with. I can click on any of these names to choose them or I could just start typing a new name in. I can also continue adding more people in the two field, as long as they're separated with a semicolon. To remove somebody, hit the delete key on your keyboard. I can also click inside the to field directly and choose from my address list. I'll type a name and click the arrow to search. I'll click their name and choose CC to put them in the CC field.
