- [Lecturer] This video, we're going to start the process of creating a slightly more complicated building in the lot here to the north. So in an earlier video, we just added this grove of trees here, but I'd like to actually put a building there and it's going to be a mixed use building where we've got over on the right hand side or the east side is going to be retail down at the ground floor with residential up above. And then on the west side of the building, it's going to have a cafe on the ground floor and it's going to have commercial up above. And then finally there's going to be a sub-level that's going to be a parking garage. So this is going to give us an opportunity to look at two things. One is creating a more complex building form and also assigning different functions to the different pieces of the building. So we're going to look at this in several stages.
