- [Instructor] On this worksheet, we're about to print the data that we're seeing in columns A through J, or at least that's our intent. Off to the right is an image we can get if we use a feature called page break preview. And if we're using that before printing, obviously we would make some changes. This shows us what Excel is about to do if we were to print right now. It's going to pick up parts of the worksheet that maybe we didn't want. It's going to have unusual breaks, maybe in the wrong places and so on. I'm going to delete this and talk about the very idea that when we print, even though it makes good sense to highlight the data and go to the page layout tab and define the print area, I'll do that first. Click within this list. This is about 100 rows or so. I'll press control A that highlights the entire contiguous area, control A, and then jump into page layout in the ribbon menu system and print area…
