When I was an ensign in the Navy, my Division's Leading Petty Officer was a Senior Chief with nearly 18 years of experience. My division was made up of first and second class petty officers with at least 4 years of experience on the ship. Wow, I could have used the "Leading a Team when others are older and more experienced" topic. 2 minutes and 30 seconds well worth it!
