- [Instructor] The audio tools in Camtasia are great for basic audio enhancements. But if I have a high end project and I need a bit more production power, I like to combine forces with a third party editor. When I go this route, it is one of my final steps after everything has been edited, reviewed and the project is essentially locked down. So over here in Adobe Audition, I have the audio only vocal track I exported from Camtasia. You can of course use whatever audio editor works for you. Audacity is an excellent free tool for Windows and GarageBand works great on a Mac. There are tutorials for these apps as well as many others right here in the learning library. Okay, after I've made my tweaks here in Audition, I need to export my file back to Camtasia. Then back here in Camtasia, I need to bring in my polished vocal track.
