Yes, I would say that it was really bringing together cross-functional teams during a very busy time for our organization. We were in a period of very rapid growth, and so everyone was really busy, and getting everyone together to solve this problem was definitely a challenge, and we had to make sure that we had executive buy-in, data, and a structured approach to solving the problem.
