From your perspective, what was the big challenge you faced on this project, and how did you get involved in it from the beginning? Yes, absolutely, Lou. Thanks so much for having me here. And hi everyone. So I think during that entire journey, one of the biggest challenges we've had was really to build credibility as an HR team and gain the trust of our business. And the way that we looked at it was, how do we earn the trust of the business from a genuine angle so that as an HR team, we're not just looked at from a recruiting perspective, but we're also a trusted partner to the business in terms of driving their bottom line.
