- [Narrator] Another requirement of the PDF/UA specification is that all fonts in a document are embedded so they are available on all computers in which the file is opened. Let's take a look at how to meet this requirement using Adobe Acrobat. Now I'm going to switch over to the PAC Checker for a second and let's go ahead and run our 06_11 file through there. And you'll notice up here at the top there is an error under the category of fonts. And if I look at the results in detail we're going to see that the font embedding it's telling us that a font is not embedded. This is certainly a requirement. I mean, you could see here it's a bit obscure because it looks like it's a space after the bullet in one of the bulleted lists. It's really, really weird. But it could have resulted from sloppy formatting. You know, maybe somebody had used a unique font and then changed it but kind of missed a space character. Either way.…
