The ServiceNow Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, configuring, and supporting ServiceNow solutions to meet business requirements. This role requires hands-on experience with ServiceNow modules, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality ITSM, ITOM, and automation solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Design, implement, and maintain ServiceNow applications and workflows
Configure ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, SAM, and HAM
Develop custom scripts, business rules, UI policies, and integrations
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Ensure platform security, compliance, and best practices
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow functionality and performance
Participate in upgrades, patching, and platform optimization
Document technical solutions and provide user training as required

Required Qualifications
5-10 years Proven experience as a ServiceNow Engineer or Developer in enterprise environments
Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture and modules
Certifications (Most Needed)
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in at least one module (ITSM, ITOM, SAM, HAM, EA)
ServiceNow Certified Advanced System Administrator (optional but preferred)
ITIL Foundation Certification (preferred)
Skills And Experience
Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow scripting
Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and API development
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices
Excellent communication and documentation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
