Jedson Engineering is seeking a skilled and driven Recruiter with a strong background in EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) recruiting. This individual will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top engineering and technical talent to support Jedson’s expanding project portfolio. The ideal candidate understands the complexities of technical recruiting, thrives in a fast-paced project-driven environment, and excels at building strong partnerships with hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle recruiting for engineering, project management, construction management, and other technical roles across the EPC environment.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand position requirements, project timelines, team dynamics, and business needs.
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract high-quality engineering and technical candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, networking, and proactive outreach.
  • Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates for technical fit, experience, and alignment with Jedson’s culture and values.
  • Maintain a robust candidate pipeline to support active and future project staffing needs.
  • Coordinate interview logistics, manage candidate communication, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Support employer branding initiatives, hiring events, and recruiting outreach strategies.
  • Use the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other recruiting technologies to track activity, maintain data integrity, and produce reporting as needed.
  • Partner with HR and leadership on workforce planning, process improvements, and hiring strategy.
  • Travel up to 10% for office visits, hiring events, job fairs, and other business needs.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience recruiting within an EPC engineering environment (consulting engineering, EPC firm, or multi-disciplinary engineering organization).
  • Strong ability to partner with, influence, and advise hiring managers and technical leaders.
  • Proficiency with ATS systems and modern recruiting/sourcing tools.
  • Familiarity with engineering disciplines such as:
    • Process
    • Mechanical
    • Electrical
    • Civil/Structural
    • Project Controls
  • Demonstrated success sourcing and closing difficult-to-fill technical roles.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to balance multiple requisitions in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.
  • High professionalism, confidentiality, and commitment to a positive candidate experience.
