Create a Company Report in Talent Insights

The Company Report in LinkedIn Talent Insights allows you to understand the types of talent within a company and how the company's workforce is changing over time. This report provides valuable insights that can help you make informed decisions about talent management, workforce planning, and competitive analysis.

To create a Company Report for a specific company:

  1. Click Create a Company Report on the Talent Insights homepage.

  2. In the Company field, begin typing the name of the company and select it from the dropdown.

  3. Optional: Use additional filters including Location, Skill, Job Title, Function, or Advanced Filters to further refine your report.

  4. Click Apply to generate the report.

You can navigate through the tabs at the top of the report to view insights on the selected company.

Important to know

The talent pool counts may not be exactly the same in Talent Insights and Recruiter. In order to provide search results as quickly as possible, Recruiter shows approximate counts for search results containing 1,000 or more results. In some cases, Recruiter may return a broader set of profiles so that you have the best chance at finding the right candidate.
