In addition, your contest or competition cannot be run or conducted in a way that conflicts with LinkedIn's agreements or policies, including our Ads Agreement, Advertising Policies, Privacy Policy, or Professional Community Policies.
Non-betting contest and competition ads with a specific offer are allowed, provided they adhere to the following criteria:
- Contests or competitions must comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations, including required disclosures.
- Contests or competitions must be free to enter, with no paywall.
- Contests or competitions must be based on skill or knowledge, not chance.
- Contests or competitions that offer incentives or compensation for actions artificially boosting engagement are prohibited.
- Ad creatives and landing pages must not associate LinkedIn with the contest or competition in any manner.
- The contest or competition rules should clearly delineate how the contest is to be run, and must be accessible in the ad creative or on the landing page.
Advertisers are responsible for understanding and complying with applicable laws, regulations, and industry codes pertaining to their ads.
