This October, international security leaders visited the National Security Space Institute (NSSI) as part of the State Department’s International Visitor Leadership Program.   Lt. Col. Albert C. Tech. Sgt. Dakota Rodriguez, a military training instructor with Space Delta 1, recently recited the newly established U.S. Space Force MTI Pledge during a graduation ceremony, becoming one of the first Guardian instructors to carry this new tradition forward. Delta 1 instructors within Space Training and Readiness Command created the pledge, reflecting the values, professionalism, and standards our MTIs uphold as they prepare the next generation of Guardians. I’m continually impressed by the dedication and drive of STARCOM’s leaders. Recently, more than 80 of our commanders, senior enlisted leaders, and directors came together in Florida for a two-day leadership summit. Together, we dug deep into our mission and vision, working to improve and drive outcomes. These efforts strengthen STARCOM’s role as the foundation of combat credibility for the Space Force.
