  • This position pays between $35 and $45 per hour. IT Helpdesk/Desktop Support - Contract This role is expected to: - Provide frontline support to onsite employees during scheduled walk-up helpdesk hours (9–10 AM or 1–2 PM daily). - Troubleshoot and resolve Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical issues including hardware, software, and user account support. - Manage, update, and resolve assigned support tickets in Jira. - Configure and prepare new laptops and other end-user equipment. - Receive, inventory, and process incoming IT hardware. - Work closely with system administrators and network engineers when escalations are required. - Maintain excellent customer service and clear communication with end users.   • This position pays between $65 and $75 per hour. DevSecOps Engineer (3-6 Month Contract-to-hire) This role is expected to: - Build and maintain defense-in-depth strategies across AWS and Kubernetes (WAF, NACLs, IAM, encryption, segmentation). - Integrate security automation into CI/CD (SAST, DAST, dependency and container scanning). - Partner with Pen Testers and Red Teams on offensive testing, threat modeling, and vulnerability remediation. - Drive continuous compliance with SOC 2, GDPR, and FedRAMP standards. - Implement and monitor cloud security controls with AWS Security Hub, GuardDuty, CloudTrail, and CloudWatch. - Secure secrets and credentials with AWS Secrets Manager, Vault, or SSM Parameter Store. - Define and enforce security guardrails through Infrastructure as Code (Terraform / CloudFormation). - Lead incident response, security reviews, and risk assessments.
