🍂 Happy Thanksgiving! Today reminds us of something simple yet powerful: gratitude matters. It's not just about saying thanks—it's about noticing the people, moments, and chances to grow that make life meaningful. This year, let's celebrate what we're grateful for: ✨ A friend who listens ✨ A meal shared with people we care about ✨ The opportunity to become more resilient every day Gratitude shifts how we see what we have. It helps us recognize that we are enough. What are you most thankful for this year? #Thanksgiving #Gratitude

At SummitStone, we know wellness starts with having enough food. When families struggle to put food on the table, it can create stress, anxiety, and uncertainty. That’s why we’re proud to stand with our friends at @foodbanklarimer 🤝 With the federal government shutdown, 34,000 people in Larimer County won’t receive their SNAP benefits this month. These are our neighbors, our clients, our community. You can help make a difference: Donating just $1 = 2 meals 🍽️ Your donation matters—and when we help each other, it creates waves of support that reach our whole community. 👉 Give today: https://lnkd.in/gyui2TYX #CommunityStrong #EndHunger #LarimerCounty #FoodForAll #SummitStoneCares #TogetherWeThrive

We have exciting news! 🎉 SummitStone won two major awards: 💡 Golden Lightbulb Award for our Safety Support team We created a team trained to calm difficult situations and help people feel supported during hard moments. This means more people get the care they need—and fewer end up in emergency rooms or the justice system. 🌟Outstanding Board Member Award goes to our Board Chair, Carolyn Reed Carolyn's leadership has guided us through big changes this year. She's connected schools with mental health services and makes sure our community feels welcome at SummitStone. Thank you to our amazing team and community for making this possible. 💙
