In his new role, Carlos will oversee Execution and Growth for FedCiv, COCOMs, and Intel business units, continuing to strengthen Sentar’s mission impact. Since joining Sentar, Carlos has made a profound impact through his leadership, strategic vision, and deep understanding of the defense and intelligence landscape. With over 30 years of experience in Special Operations and combat arms, Carlos has been a pivotal force in advancing Interagency and Department of Defense initiatives across the U.S. Government. A retired U.S. Army Special Forces Officer and former DoD Civilian, Carlos has led interagency, international, DoD, and Joint/Combined cross-functional teams in some of the most dynamic and uncertain environments. His ability to build partnerships, drive growth, and deliver results continues to strengthen Sentar’s support to the Combatant Commands and beyond.
