Exciting Leadership News at PSP Partners    We are pleased to welcome Tim Parker as the new Chief Financial Officer and President of Pritzker Family Office. Tim brings more than two decades of experience in family office leadership, investment strategy, and financial stewardship.   Most recently, Tim was Partner at Skydeck Capital where he oversaw strategic planning, estate and tax structuring, treasury, and financial reporting, among many other responsibilities. Tim brings not only deep technical expertise but also a people-first, values-driven leadership style. He is committed to building strong relationships across the team and fostering a culture of trust, collaboration, and excellence.   Tim’s strategic mindset, intellectual curiosity, and servant-leader approach will be invaluable as we continue to grow and evolve. We are very excited to welcome Tim to the team at PSP Partners.   As we welcome Tim to the organization, we also want to recognize Ron Wray, our current COO & CFO who has been a dedicated and trusted leader at PSP Partners for several decades. Ron will continue to play an active role in supporting Tim’s onboarding and will remain a vital part of our leadership as a senior advisor, an investment committee member, and board member. We are profoundly grateful for Ron’s extraordinary leadership and significant contributions over the years.

DEPT®, a PSP Partners company, is making significant strides with its latest project that uses AI to make a positive impact. DEPT has collaborated with NVIDIA and the American Society for Deaf Children (ASDC) through Hello Monday / DEPT® to introduce Signs. This innovative AI-powered platform not only educates users in American Sign Language (ASL) but also continuously enhances its own ASL capabilities. We are thrilled to welcome Paula Spada to PSP Partners as our new General Counsel. Paula brings an impressive breadth of experience to PSP Partners spanning a deep and diverse career in real estate investments, mergers and acquisitions, compliance, risk management, corporate governance, and family office advisory.    Prior to joining PSP Partners, Paula was the Executive Vice President & Chief Legal Officer at White Lodging Services Corporation where she was instrumental in guiding the company and its affiliated family office through complex legal, business, and governance matters. Prior to White Lodging, Paula served as VP and Assistant General Counsel for Hyatt Hotels & Resorts and practiced as an associate in the Chicago offices of Sidley Austin LLP and Kirkland & Ellis LLP.   Paula's deep legal expertise, strategic insight, and leadership will be invaluable to our team and portfolio partners.
