Our MOC TET team enjoyed a team luncheon with Prevailance Chief Operating Officer, Matt Capodanno and Deputy Operating Officer, Dave Long. This was an opportunity to recognize the team’s dedication, teamwork, and continued contributions to Prevailance’s mission.

Prevailance Program Manager Bill Dawson recently conducted a site visit to meet with our Great Lakes teams. Employees were able to enjoy a team luncheon that provided an excellent opportunity to connect, foster engagement, and build camaraderie.

The Prevailance Team takes pride in giving back to our local communities through charitable donations this holiday season! Pictured is Mr. Tony Jackson presenting a check to the 3rd Masonic District Masters and Wardens Council (Valley Lodge # 89) in Portsmouth, Virginia.  Annually, the 3rd Masonic District’s Masters and Wardens Council support families with children who attend two of our locally adopted public schools in Portsmouth who may not have the means to purchase a turkey for the holiday season. 

Pictured is Prevailance’s FDTPS Team presenting a charitable donation to Guitars 4 Vets, an organization dedicated to supporting at-risk United States Veterans impacted by PTSD and other service-related trauma. Through a structured 10-week guitar instruction program, Guitars 4 Vets promotes healing through the power of music, helping to foster renewal, connection and community. This charitable donation will help fund the purchase of guitars and equipment needed to continue providing lessons for our Veterans.

Pictured is Prevailance’s Chief Growth Officer, Gan Prisinzano, recognizing ANTHONY ELLIS for his outstanding leadership in supporting the mobilization of our Naval Information Forces Information Warfare contract. Tony played a pivotal role by recruiting ten highly qualified personnel to fill position requirements, ensuring Prevailance delivered a fully staffed workforce on day one of the new contract. Additionally, he skillfully navigated security requirements, streamlined facility and system access, and integrated new strategic planning subject matter expertise to enhance the mission and satisfy all contract requirements.
