Here’s just a glimpse of what they built: 🌐 Angela Yao (Wharton MBA) With a background in both systems engineering and investment banking, Angela mapped over 18,000 investor, advisor, and commercial relationships into a dynamic, searchable ecosystem. Her work now powers how we track strategic fits, surface co-investors, and make high-leverage intros — by sector, stage, and beyond. 🛰️ Thiago Gogola (Berkeley MBA) A previous Manager at Bain, aeronautical engineer, and hardware founder, Thiago co-authored rubrics and standardized memo templates for Robotics and Aerospace, led our Unconventional Big Bets market mapping, and built a Draper-focused GPT tool to power deeper, faster competitive landscaping. 🤖 Bruke Kifle (Harvard MBA) A former McKinsey consultant and AI engineer focused on GenAI, responsible AI, and search, Bruke rebuilt our AI Investment Rubric and memo template, launched internal GPTs to enhance diligence, created an AI Pitch Coach for founders (coming soon), and helped us build better AI for founder comms, meeting notes, and dealflow ops. 🛫 Amy Wang (Columbia MBA) Ex–JetBlue Ventures. Amy led diligence projects and renewed our rubrics and memo templates for Crypto and Aerospace. She also co-developed our new Draper founder platform — a one-stop resource hub with strategic access to investors, advisors, commercial partners, and other info an early stage founder might need. 🧠 Yasmeen Hmaidan (Neurotech MSc) A former MIT neurotech researcher and MSc in neurotech, Yasmeen created our Neurotech/BCI Investment Playbook, co-led our updated Healthcare & Biotech Rubric & Memo Template, and contributed to our Unconventional Bets thesis. 🛡️ Rishabh Surendran (Cornell MBA) A previous Goldman Sachs Data Engineer, and with experience in deep tech policy, Rishabh co-developed rubrics for Aerospace, Defense/Dual-Use, and Robotics, revamped our Notion workflows, and built out structured documentation for firm-wide best practices. In total: ✅ 30+ completed projects ✅ Refreshed investment rubrics and memo templates across 5+ verticals ✅ Internal tools, AI systems, and frameworks that will compound for years This is why we built BlueBox.
