From V-Formations to Flexible Staffing: How vflok Is Reimagining Healthcare Scheduling For years, nurse managers have pieced together schedules through Excel sheets, GroupMe threads, and last-minute phone calls. Born from Catalyst by Wellstar in partnership with High Alpha Innovation, vflok, powered by its AI copilot Swift, replaces that chaos with a seamless, intelligent workflow. Rather than forcing hospitals to adopt yet another app, Swift meets nurses and managers where they already are—via SMS or an SSO-enabled web portal—and sits on top of existing scheduling platforms. It validates qualifications, manages communications, secures approvals, and updates the scheduling system automatically. The result? ✔️ More flexibility ✔️ Lower administrative burden ✔️ Reduced costs for healthcare systems ✔️ A scheduling experience that actually works for nurses Read more about vflok here: https://lnkd.in/e6ZDqkYK

Your biggest AI risk in 2025 isn’t a hacker. It’s Bob from accounting. Contracts. Client data. Proprietary processes. All ending up in ChatGPT and other open platforms — often in violation of company policy. A recent 2025 KPMG study found that 44% of employees have used AI in ways that directly break their employer’s rules. It’s a growing threat, especially for startups and SMBs trying to move fast with limited staff. 🔐 Enter pipIQ pipIQ™ is a standalone secured AI — a private, ChatGPT-like workspace fully contained inside a company’s own environment.
