☀️ The Greentech Renewables’ Management Trainee Program is where future leaders get their start. Our trainees don’t just learn about the business, they live it. From warehouse operations to supply chain logistics, inside sales, account management, and customer service, you’ll rotate through every part of our distribution network and gain the skills to run a successful business from the ground up. ⬆️ Last month, trainees stepped out of the warehouse and onto the roof at SEI’s training lab in Paonia. 🚀 🏡 For an entire week, trainees and teammates from our locations across the country installed full solar systems on standing-seam, ground-mount, and flat-roof setups. They wired systems, mounted inverters and modules, and learned directly from seasoned industry pros. They even tackled battery-based systems to understand exactly what our installer partners face in the field.
