B2G Intelligence for Public Sector Sales.

About us

GovSpend provides government procurement data and analytics to organizations buying and selling in the public sector. With transparency and accountability at the center of what we do, we strive to place data-driven insights into the hands of our federal, state, local, and education customers so they can win more government contracts. Whether you’re a federal contractor strategizing for more awards, a SLED agency in search of a new vendor, or a consultant looking for new government-focused clients, GovSpend has the public sector intelligence you need to understand your market and pinpoint new opportunities. What sets us apart? Unlike any other procurement data providers, GovSpend delivers intelligence on what federal, state, and local agencies are purchasing, who they are buying from, and the precise amounts they are paying. We help you identify the specific public entities that align with your company’s growth strategy, allowing you to shrewdly position yourself in the market. At the heart of GovSpend’s uniqueness is our ability to showcase not only the 20% of opportunities that go out for bid but also the critical 80% that often remains hidden—such as p-card purchases, discretionary spend, co-ops/contracts, and more. We empower companies to adopt a proactive strategy with historical spending patterns and public meeting transcripts, enabling them to get ahead of bids and RFPs. Join GovSpend to upgrade the way you approach government contracting—where transparency, data-driven insights, and proactive strategies converge for growth and success.

While I was onsite with our leadership team this week, my most senior GovSpender, Shannon Boudreaux, MBA took over our team meeting... and turned it into comedy gold. Her rule? Bring something to drink out of that isn't a cup... During a break I popped on to see what they brought and the results were hilarious..... unused blood bag, Halloween candy bucket, coffee pot, and more. The creativity was unmatched, the laughter unstoppable, and the photos priceless. Here's the thing, believing in your team means trusting them to lead in their own way. Sometimes that looks like strategy and execution... and sometimes it looks like sipping from a cowgirl boot. Either way, it's proof that the best teams deliver results and have fun while doing it! The past few weeks have been a whirlwind, from EDUCAUSE in Nashville to DevLearn Conference & Expo in Las Vegas, two incredible conferences shaping the future of EdTech, AI, and learning innovation 🎓💡 It’s exciting to see how quickly AI and digital transformation are redefining how institutions and EdTech providers approach learning, engagement, and data-driven decision-making. The energy and ideas at both events were unreal. At GovSpend , we’re helping education and technology leaders stay ahead by uncovering spend trends, renewals, and opportunities before they hit the public, giving them the insights they need to better serve schools, universities, and agencies everywhere. It was great connecting with clients, partners, and new faces at both events. Every conversation reinforced how fast this space is moving and how important visibility is in driving meaningful impact. (Also… staying up until 2 AM watching that 18-inning World Series game in Nashville probably wasn’t my smartest conference move - but absolutely worth it. ⚾️😅) #EDUCAUSE2025 #DevLearn2025 #EdTech #AI #GovSpend #LMS #HigherEd #DigitalTransformation

  • It’s been over a month since the federal government shutdown began, but in the state, local, and education (SLED) market, agencies are still buying, building, and keeping operations running.
