"Cargill has a complex organizational structure and Flosum was able to fully grasp and assist in managing the complexity while planning for future scale.” - Paul Kobs, Global Salesforce Portfolio Owner, Cargill “The platform gave us clear instructions on how we can back up. It was a step-by-step guided workflow. We tried removing data on a regular basis which is the daily restoration process. We also tried weekly backups that were the level of depth to which we can actually store information. Everything went flawlessly.” - Rajith Medagani, Director, Brand Support Solutions, Hilton

Choosing a DevOps solution for Salesforce shouldn't feel like guesswork. But with so many options (Git-based, cloud-hosted, native, hybrid), how do you know what's right for your team? We created a guide that cuts through the noise: What's inside: - Key features every Salesforce DevOps tool should have - Questions to ask before committing to a platform - Native vs. external tools: what actually matters - Security, compliance, and scalability considerations - Total cost of ownership (the hidden costs vendors don't mention) Whether you're evaluating Flosum or any other solution, this guide helps you make the right choice for your team. Last week, we asked: Your deployment just failed in production. What do you do first? Here's what you said: 50% → Rollback immediately 38% → Try a hotfix 12% → Call an emergency meeting 0% → Panic & pray (but we know some of you were thinking it 😅) Here's the insight: Half of you know the golden rule: when in doubt, rollback. It's the safety net every Salesforce team needs but not every team has easy access to. The 38% trying hotfixes? That's the reality when rollback isn't simple or fast enough. Hotfixes work in a pinch, but they're stressful and error-prone. The real lesson? The best teams don't avoid failures. They recover from them in minutes, not hours. When your deployment tool makes rollback complicated, you're always one failed deploy away from a really bad day. What's your deployment horror story? Drop it below 👇

Git-based DevOps tools promise flexibility. But what's the real cost? Most teams don't see it until they're stuck: Endless merge conflicts that eat up hours Complex branching strategies that only 2 people understand Manual processes disguised as "automation" Security vulnerabilities from external integrations Flosum is 100% Salesforce-native. No Git complexity. No external risks. No hidden costs. Just fast, secure deployments that actually work the way Salesforce teams need them to. Swipe to see what you're really paying for with Git-based tools →

Speed vs. Security? You shouldn't have to choose. Most Salesforce teams think faster deployments mean compromising on security. But that's only true if security is an afterthought. When DevOps and security work together from day one, you get both: rapid releases AND enterprise-grade protection. Watch our on-demand webinar featuring experts from Salesforce, Salesforce Ben, and AARP as they break down: Zero-trust architecture in Salesforce DevOps best practices for 2025 Real-world security implementation at scale Featuring Joe Morse (Flosum), Craig Eidelman CISSP, CCSP, HCISPP(Salesforce), Peter Chittum (Salesforce Ben), and Diana Martin (AARP). Salesforce complexity isn't slowing you down. Your approach to it is. Every Salesforce team hits the same wall: technical debt, endless customizations, integration chaos. The difference between teams that scale and teams that stall? It's not complexity, it's just how you manage it. DevOps, backup, governance aren't blockers. They're what turn complexity into your competitive advantage. What's the biggest complexity challenge in your Salesforce org right now?
