Thanksgiving has passed, but the need hasn’t. Help us provide meals year-round, not just one day a year. Here’s what we need most right now: • Shelf-stable milk • Grains (rice, pasta, oatmeal) • Cereal • Canned meats, vegetables, fruit, beans, and soups Donation Drop-Offs Encouraged on Mondays • 9am–12pm at 176 Lake Ave, Manchester, NH. Every item helps us keep food on the table for families in crisis. Thank you for continuing to show up for your neighbors.

From Shelter Support to Cook at the Adult Emergency Shelter, Davida has been an essential part of the Families in Transition team for the past two years. “I love that I get to cater to and help those in need,” Davida shares. “FIT has given me so many opportunities to grow—I’ve learned so much and have had great mentors along the way. The work environment is supportive and welcoming, and I truly love it here.” To those considering joining the FIT team, Davida says, “You won’t regret it. It will be one of the most rewarding and valuable chapters in your life.” When she’s not serving up meals made with care, you’ll find Davida spending time with her family and friends, watching shows, or trying new food. Thank you, Davida, for your dedication, your heart, and everything you bring to our community. 💙

Every year in November, we join communities across the country for Hunger & Homelessness Awareness Week: a dedicated time to educate, serve, and advocate. This week is more than an observance—it’s a call to action for change. Let’s shine a light on hunger and homelessness in our own backyard, and together create paths to stability, dignity, and hope.
