Il confronto affronterà temi cruciali come 𝘀𝗶𝗰𝘂𝗿𝗲𝘇𝘇𝗮 𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗿𝗲, 𝗮𝗴𝗿𝗼𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗮𝘇𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗲, 𝗴𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗹𝘂𝘀𝗶𝘃𝗮 𝗲 𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗶𝘁𝘂𝘇𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗶 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘀𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶. 𝐍𝐚𝐬𝐜𝐞 𝐄𝐚𝐭𝐚𝐥𝐲 𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐚 𝐑𝐚𝐝𝐢𝐜𝐞! Oggi, sul palco di Eataly Milano Smeraldo, abbiamo presentato 𝙀𝙖𝙩𝙖𝙡𝙮 𝙖𝙡𝙡𝙖 𝙍𝙖𝙙𝙞𝙘𝙚 il nuovo progetto di filiera promosso da Eataly con il coordinamento scientifico dell’Università degli studi di Palermo e di Slow Food Italia e la verifica di terza parte indipendente di RINA. Un progetto nato per comunicare con trasparenza i valori della pasta di semola di grano duro firmata Eataly e della sua filiera, che unisce produttori, mugnai e pastai d’eccellenza 𝐅𝐨𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐳𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐒𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐬𝐜𝐚𝐥𝐜𝐨 𝐂𝐞𝐜𝐢 𝐄𝐦𝐦𝐚𝐮𝐬, 𝐀𝐓𝐒 𝐀𝐠𝐫𝐢, Molino De Vita e Premiato Pastificio Afeltra, a partire dai primi quattro formati: spaghetti, linguine, paccheri e rigatoni. Una filiera che racconta il proprio valore anche attraverso un QR Code con l’etichetta narrante sviluppata da Slow Food Italia. Al centro, il 𝗗𝗶𝘀𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗼 𝗱𝗶 𝗙𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗿𝗮 𝙀𝙖𝙩𝙖𝙡𝙮 𝙖𝙡𝙡𝙖 𝙍𝙖𝙙𝙞𝙘𝙚, ispirato ai principi dell’agroecologia e fondato su quattro aree d’impatto: terra, clima, acqua e identità, con un approccio orientato al miglioramento continuo. 𝐂𝐢𝐚𝐨 𝐄𝐚𝐭𝐚𝐥𝐲 𝐁𝐚𝐡𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧 👋 𝐖𝐞𝐥𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐄𝐚𝐭𝐚𝐥𝐲 𝐟𝐚𝐦𝐢𝐥𝐲!   Eataly has opened its first store in Bahrain inside the Marassi Mall, a prestigious real estate and tourism project developed across the archipelago, featuring shops, restaurants, and resorts connected to the beach.   The store, covering about 800 sqm, hosts La Scuola di Eataly, a retail area with fresh counters, and a quick service corner where you can enjoy gelato, coffee, pastries, pizza alla pala, and sandwiches. At the heart of the space is La Pizza & La Pasta restaurant, open for lunch and dinner, where you can taste Italian classics such as fresh homemade pasta, stuffed pasta, risotto, and wood-fired pizza, alongside a wide variety of appetizers, salads, and grilled meat or fish dishes. E per tutti, ospiti, pubblico e mascotte Italia Chan, i grandi piatti della cucina italiana preparati nel ristorante Eataly sul rooftop. Presenti i massimi vertici dell'esposizione universale, come Dimitri Kerkentzes, segretario generale del Bureau international des expositions (Bie), Koji Haneda, commissario generale di Expo 2025 Osaka, Hiroyuki Ishige, segretario generale della Japan Association for Expo 2025 Osaka. Tra le autorità italiane presenti, il console generale d'Italia a Osaka, Filippo Manara, Matteo Zoppas, presidente ICE/ITA - Italian Trade Agency, Paolo Bellino, Ceo & general manger Rcs Sport, che ha dato vita all'evento 'Cycling as a catalyst for change', focalizzato sulla bike economy e sul Made in Italy come motore dell'industria ciclistica internazionale.
