We are honored to have our work at Farragut Town Hall nominated for the Orchid Beautification Award in Redesign/Reuse through @keepknoxvillebeautiful! The Farragut Town Hall renovation reimagined a 34-year-old civic building to meet the evolving needs of the community. The work included a modernized board room, a new first-floor Knox County Clerk’s and Trustee’s Office, and a reconfiguration of office space for the Town of Farragut government creating greater efficiency and accessibility. The result is a refreshed civic hub that balances functionality, beauty, and long-term community value. As Mayor Ron Williams shared at the ribbon-cutting, “What you see today will carry us well into the future.” Town of Farragut

As Tennessee Football takes the field for its home opener this weekend, we are proud to reflect on nearly four decades of shaping one of college football’s most iconic venues, Neyland Stadium. With the latest enhancements like the North Video Board + Plaza and the reinstallation of the historic “VOL” sign, in collaboration with Cope Architecture, our work has always centered on elevating the game-day experience while preserving what makes the stadium iconic. Here’s to the Vols, the fans, and another unforgettable season in Neyland Stadium! #GBO #VolsFootball #GoVols #NeylandStadium #Architecture #MHMInc #KnoxvilleDesigners

Great work by The Christman Company - Tennessee Region. Honored to work alongside you on this exciting project for the University.
The countdown to kickoff is on! With Neyland Stadium’s Founder Suites nearly complete, our project team had the incredible opportunity to celebrate progress alongside none other than Peyton Manning—one of the proud owners of these elite suites. We’re honored to be part of such a keystone project that blends tradition, innovation, and Tennessee pride. Huge thanks to everyone who made this milestone possible. Let’s go Vols!

Merit Construction was proud to serve as the General Contractor for the new addition to Hardin Valley Academy! This addition provides a dedicated space for the Freshman Academy and will support students for years to come. We’re grateful for the design partnership with Cope Architecture and to the speakers who joined today’s ribbon cutting: Superintendent Dr. Jon Rysewyk, Knox County Mayor Glenn Jacobs, Hardin Valley Academy Principal Kirk Renegar, and KCS Board Chair Betsy Henderson. Projects like this are possible through strong collaboration, and we are honored to help build spaces that positively impact our schools and community.

A big thank you to Cope Architecture for inviting BPL Enclosure to present today at the University of Tennessee Faciliities Services (UTFS) building in Knoxville, TN. It was a fantastic session, and we truly appreciated the great turnout and the engaging discussions with your team, UTFS, and other attendees. Lee Durston, our speaker at BPL Enclosure, presented one of our AIA Accredited courses titled "Whole Building Air Leakage Testing: Don't Fear It!" The course provided an in-depth look at WBALT, its history, development, and key details. We also covered the current and emerging energy code requirements related to air leakage in buildings. Fun fact: Cope Architecture designed the UTFS building—an industrial adaptive reuse project completed in 2016. The building was originally a 100+ year-old marble factory, and its marble has been used in iconic locations such as the U.S. Supreme Court, the National Gallery of Art, and the Tennessee Supreme Court. Thanks again to everyone who joined and contributed to the event! #CopeArchitecture #BennettAndPless #BPLEnclosure #ABAA #BuildingScience #BuildingEnclosure #UniveristyofTennesseeFacilitiesServices #AIA Sharon Goemaat Lee Durston Cayce Smith Petko, AIA Phil Massa, LEED AP, CxA BE, BECxP Brian Pierce Andrew Powers
