Five years ago, right at the height of the pandemic, most people were hunkering down. Instead, I chose to make a massive change. It was a time of uncertainty, but there was something incredibly compelling—almost magnetic—about Cook Medical. Looking back, it was hands-down the best career decision I ever made. Between our history, our leadership, and our driving purpose, I’ve never once looked back. If you ask anyone here what they love most about working at Cook, 9 out of 10 will give you the exact same answer: "The People." My answer is no different. To my colleagues: Thank you for the collaboration and support through the fun times, the exciting wins, and the tough challenges.
