The Summer 2025 Internship Program is wrapping up at Building and Land Technology, and we couldn’t be prouder of our five summer interns who have spent the past few months learning, contributing, and growing at our Harbor Point headquarters in Stamford, CT. We sat down with each of them to reflect on their experiences.
Peter B. Corcoran, our Residential Asset Management Intern, contributed to projects spanning multifamily, commercial, and hospitality portfolios. He shared, “What I value most about the internship was the opportunity to work alongside a driven team of professionals while managing a significant national portfolio that is actively shaping the built environment for the better.”
Günther Krieg, our Accounting Intern, describes his summer at BLT as “a very rewarding experience.” He enjoyed applying classroom concepts in a real-world setting, noting, “I’ve seen a lot of the concepts I learned in school, like accounting and finance principles, applied in real life. I’ll take this training back to university with me as I begin upper-division accounting courses.”
Olivia Braia, our Social Media Marketing Intern, managed Harbor Point’s social media presence, capturing community events and the unique atmosphere of the neighborhood. She especially enjoyed collaborating with the marketing team and working in a creative environment. “The best part of the summer was seeing how my work directly impacts the local Harbor Point community.”
Charles Iannuzzi, the Commercial Asset Management Intern, valued working in the industry he hopes to pursue after graduation. While lease analysis and asset management posed challenges, he found them motivating stating that “The most rewarding days were when I was most challenged.”
Brandon O'Connell, the Information Technology Intern, applied knowledge from his computer architecture and cybersecurity courses while assisting colleagues. Brandon received many tech tickets every day. He set up monitors, desks, accounts, TVs, speakers, and more. He especially enjoyed helping others and the camaraderie in the office. “My favorite part of the internship was working alongside my supervisor Gerardo,” says Brandon.
Each of these experiences reflects what makes BLT and Harbor Point special: a place where learning meets impact, and where every role contributes to building something bigger. We’re proud of our interns and grateful for the creativity, hard work, and fresh perspectives they brought to our team. We extend our sincere thank you for making Summer 2025 a success.
