Our Business Development Manager, Julie Constance, was recently selected for the Leadership Northern Colorado Class of 2026! “I am honored to be selected as part of the Leadership Northern Colorado Class of 2026. Our region is growing and evolving so quickly, and this will help deepen my understanding of the forces shaping the region that I love. I’m looking forward to learning from other leaders, further understanding the issues and opportunities in Northern Colorado, and finding new ways to create impact through connection, collaboration, and serving our community.” This 6-month collaborative program brings together leaders from across the region to deepen understanding of the issues, opportunities, and forces shaping Northern Colorado’s future. It was created by the Fort Collins, Greeley, and Loveland Chambers of Commerce, along with the Community Foundations of Northern Colorado and Greeley-Weld to support local leaders in working together to strengthen the long-term vitality of our region. Julie’s passion for building strong relationships and strengthening our region is evident in everything she does, and we’re thrilled to have her representing Brinkman Construction in this year’s cohort. We recently completed the renovation of Pershing Pointe, a revitalized affordable housing complex by Lincoln Avenue Communities. Located in Cheyenne, Wyoming, this 247,473 SF project included the occupied renovation of 188 units, along with a full refresh of the leasing office. Designed by ebersoldt + associates, the individual units and leasing office are now brighter, more functional spaces that better support residents and staff. Work was completed using a unique occupied-renovation approach. Each unit was transformed within a single workday, with residents leaving at 8 a.m. and returning to upgraded spaces by 5 p.m. This process minimized disruption while delivering thoughtfully improved homes. Check out the recent progress at Oaks Ridge at 64th! The team is working hard laying concrete for this 161,375 SF multi-family project by Inner Circle Capital. Once complete, the complex will feature 168 units across four residential buildings along with a clubhouse and modern amenities, all designed by Brown Collective Architecture + Design.
