Safety in autonomy is built on thousands of simulated moments — especially the rare ones. Our new blog dives into how Avride turns real-world edge cases into repeatable tests, scales them in simulation, and measures safety and comfort across every update. Here are some of the edge cases our AVs have encountered — from unexpected animals to unpredictable drivers — and how we use them to make autonomy more robust. https://lnkd.in/gtXxJ-6k

We’re honored to be featured among the Hudson County Icons! 💛 Thank you, HudPost for including Avride’s delivery robots alongside classic diners and the Bergenline jitney on your Hudson County Icons Sticker Sheet. Our robots have become a familiar sight on the streets of Jersey City, and it’s great to see them recognized as part of local life. https://lnkd.in/g7G8RH-R

What a milestone for Avride!
Avride, a 2020 spin-off from Yandex’s self-driving car group, has secured up to $375 million in strategic investments and commercial commitments from Uber and Nebius to scale its autonomous robotaxi and delivery fleet. Led by CEO Dmitry Polishchuk, the company develops AI-driven autonomous vehicles and delivery robots designed for complex urban environments. The new funding will help Avride expand its fleet to as many as 500 vehicles, accelerate product development, and prepare for its first public robotaxi launch on Uber’s platform in Dallas by the end of 2025. AMOUNT: $375,000,000 HQ: #Austin #Texas #VentureCapital #Avride #TradedVC

We’re expanding our partnership with Grubhub — launching a new robot delivery pilot in Jersey City together with Wonder. It’s the first time Grubhub offers autonomous delivery in its main marketplace, and another step for Avride in bringing safe, AI-powered delivery to dense urban environments. https://lnkd.in/gk4MAWVm

Avride is growing fast! Our team is expanding, our fleet is scaling, and our technology is evolving every day. To keep pace, we’ve opened a new engineering center — a space that matches the scale of our ambitions and fuels the innovation that drives us forward. It’s where ideas turn into technology, and technology turns into real-world progress. But what truly makes it special is the people behind it — the engineers, builders, and creators who keep pushing boundaries and make Avride what it is. We celebrated this milestone together — and there’s much more ahead.

Exciting news from Jersey City! Avride’s autonomous delivery robots are now delivering Shake Shack orders through Uber Eats. From Angus beef burgers to hand-spun milkshakes, customers downtown can get their Shack favorites delivered right to their door by one of our robots. With Shake Shack joining the service, we’re expanding the variety available through autonomous delivery and making Jersey City a leader in this new way of getting the food you love. https://lnkd.in/gUAhpcYq
