Jen captivated the audience with a powerful presentation on work-life balance for women in the commercial real estate industry. Before the program began, Jen generously took a few minutes to share her insights with us on strategies for balancing career growth with personal well-being. One insight that truly resonated: well-being is like hydration—you can’t wait until you’re parched to drink water.
