    What should you write about? Hint: About yourself, your product, or your clients Content creators, new and seasoned alike, often get stuck on what to write about on LinkedIn and other social media. #Economics has the perfect answer for all of us, as per Dr. Kruti Lehenbauer. Three core questions in economics drive production: 1. What to produce? 2. How to produce it? 3. For whom to produce? The first question clearly defines the product or service that a business offers. The second question encompasses the decisions regarding which resources are used for production and at what costs. The third question relates to the customers, their acquisition, retention, and the potential revenues from their purchases in the marketplace. Example using Ryza: * What: we produce content based on client inputs for social media. * How: we use voice-training, heavy parsing at backend, and select AI access to create naturally flowing content in clients' voice. * For whom: Decision-makers and creators (creatives, founders, owners) who are seeking a one-stop-shop solution for creating content without losing their authenticity.     Are your AI bets stuck in the flat line? Most AI transformations do not fail on tech.   They fail on the quiet gap between expectation and reality. Leaders expect AI to behave like capital or labor.   Invest, wait a quarter, watch productivity climb.   That is the pink line of expectations. But AI behaves more like a system shock.   It touches processes, skills, data, incentives, even org identity.   So, you get a long, flat, painful early stretch.   High cost. Political heat. Little visible gain.   That is the red line of reality. A few levers to treat that gap like a design problem: 1) Redefine “early success” from output to learning:  - In the early phase, you are not buying productivity.   - You are buying lessons. -->Where is data the broken, -->Where do workflows stall, -->Where are people resisting.   - Make those discoveries explicit and celebrated. They are groundwork, not detours. 2) Price patience into the plan, not only in the culture - Do not preach “be patient” to teams.   - Engineer it into funding cycles, roadmaps, and talent plans.   - Short budget horizons with long-tech curves create panic and blame.   - Match financial timeframes to the real adoption curve. 3) Scope AI to reshape systems, not decorate tasks   - If AI only shaves minutes off individual tasks, you stay flat.   - Target cross-functional flows: onboarding, claims, campaigns, supply planning.   - That is where compounding effects show up later. 4) Make the expectation gap visible   - Put the pink and red curves in the same room.   - Show that the “no progress” zone is actually the foundation zone.   - Executives cope better with stagnation when it is forecast, not surprising.     "LinkedIn yields no results..." "I post only on Facebook these days." In the past few weeks, we have heard multiple people share the same story. "It is so hard to create regular content for social media." And we won't deny it.     Is your content consistent with your product? Or are you just posting and hoping something will stick? Most businesses these days juggle multiple platforms. Notion, Google Docs, Figma, Slack, Canva on top of AI tools. While social proof is valuable the processes and systems are wonky. The process is overwhelming, uncertain, and scattered. The systems are non-aligned, unclear, and knotted. Random ideas, too many "creators", inconsistency. And when this happens, your core vision gets lost. When this happens, your voice gets buried.     A bit of an update today: With the end of the year approaching, I have been working on some big things at the back end. ----- 1️⃣ LinkedIn gave Post it, Save it App the green light earlier this year, to build out the app to serve business pages better with extended Developer access on some features. 2️⃣ Once I finish out building it, I have to go through a detailed second approval process to actually implement those changes on the webapp. 3️⃣ We officially entered into a partnership with Timothy Goebel's Ryza Content creator app in November 2025. More details and fantastic updates to be announced on December 1st.
