Two years running on Belizean sunshine, keeping our farm and factory fully charged for what’s next! Installed in 2023, Silk Grass Farms’ array serves our 3,000-acre farm and 130,000-square-foot factory — allowing us to produce premium products with 100% renewable energy. ☀️🔋 This solar microgrid — and Belize's largest privately owned solar installation — represents more than just energy savings. It’s a model of circular operations and climate resilience in action. The system is projected to generate more than 3,100 megawatt hours of clean electricity annually, reducing carbon emissions by over 2,200 metric tons annually.
